1. Full and constant output: the actual output of this type of boiler can generally exceed the nameplate output by 10~15% due to the use of high-efficiency heat transfer screw pipe and the application of heat transfer and flow resistance formula of "Harbin Institute of Technology - Shanghai Institute of Technology" in the design; Due to the reasonable choice of smoke speed, there is no ash accumulation in the threaded pipe during the normal operation of the boiler, so the boiler output and thermal efficiency do not decrease with the extension of the operation time.
2. 3. 4. 5. The boiler heating up fast: due to the boiler steel and heat resistant, thermal insulation material total weight less than other boilers and a large number of efficient heat transfer threaded smoke pipe placed in the medium of the boiler shell, and about half of the outer surface of the boiler shell being heated and other reasons, the boiler heating time is significantly shortened -- about 1/3 shorter than a single boiler tube tube boiler.
