Shut down the boiler: First, ensure that the boiler is completely shut down and the power is disconnected to ensure safe operation.

Drain water: Open the drain valve on the boiler to drain any remaining hot water. This can help lower the internal temperature and reduce the risk of burns during cleaning.

Dismantling components: According to the model and structure of the boiler, dismantle various components of the boiler, such as the cover plate, smoke pipe, combustion chamber, etc. Pay attention to marking each disassembled component for proper assembly after cleaning.

Washing agent use: Select a suitable boiler cleaning agent or chemical and apply it to the inner surface of the boiler according to the instructions. Cleaning agents can dissolve sediment and loosen dirt, improving cleaning efficiency.

Soaking time: Allow the cleaning agent to fully soak in the boiler, and wait for an appropriate amount of time according to the instructions of the cleaning agent to ensure effective dissolution of dirt.

Cleaning the interior: Use a high-pressure water gun, brush, or appropriate tool to thoroughly clean the inside of the boiler. Pay attention to cleaning from the top down to ensure that dirt and cleaning agents are washed out of the boiler.

Rinse cleaning agent: Rinse the inside of the boiler repeatedly with clean water to remove residual cleaning agent and loose dirt. Make sure to rinse thoroughly and leave no chemicals inside the boiler.

Assembly of components: After the inside of the boiler is completely dry, reassemble the various components of the boiler in the correct order and method, such as smoke pipes, cover plates, etc.

Inspection and start-up: Check whether the various connection parts of the boiler are tightened to ensure that there is no leakage. Then the boiler can be restarted and necessary tests and adjustments can be made to ensure its normal operation.
