1. Full and consistent. The actual output of this type of boiler is generally about 10~15% higher than the nameplate output due to the adoption of high-efficiency heat transfer screw pipe and the application of heat transfer and flow resistance formula of "Harbin Institute of Technology - Optical Institute" in the design. 4. 5. Boiler heating fast: due to heat resistant, thermal insulation material total weight is less than other boilers and a large number of efficient heat transfer threaded smoke pipe placed in the medium of the boiler shell, and about half of the outer surface of the boiler shell is heated and other reasons, resulting in boiler heating time significantly shortened -- about 1/3 shorter than other furnace type heating time.
6. Low original dust emission concentration of boiler: due to the large furnace volume and the setting of dust coarse separation steering chamber at the back of the furnace, the original dust emission concentration of boiler can be ensured to be lower than the standard allowable value.
