The gas consumption of 1 ton gas steam boiler is 70 ~ 80 cubic meters per hour, but generally speaking, the natural gas consumption we calculated is only a theoretical value.

Each manufacturer's manufacturing process is different. There are good and bad quality of gas steam boiler and high and low quality of burner. During the operation of the equipment, there will be some heat losses, such as exhaust heat loss, incomplete combustion heat loss, radiation heat loss, etc..
1. Exhaust heat loss. High flue gas temperature of gas steam boiler means that part of the heat in the fuel is taken away by the flue gas, resulting in heat loss. The higher the flue gas temperature, the more heat loss.
2. Incomplete combustion heat loss. Due to the nature of the gas steam boiler fuel or combustion conditions do not meet the requirements, part of the combustible gas may be discharged with the flue gas before combustion, resulting in incomplete combustion of gas heat loss.
3. Heat loss due to heat dissipation. Gas steam boiler operation, the boiler wall temperature is always higher than the ambient gas temperature air, will cause heat loss and heat loss.
It should also be noted that the use of natural gas boilers should pay attention to safety, to ensure the use of qualified natural gas, and regular inspection and maintenance of boiler equipment to avoid accidents.
